This is an "OK" facility, and the technicians were good back in 2020. It's very hard to get them on the phone. If you do decide to sign-up, be sure to get "all" the details of the agreement in writing in a signed contract. I didn't, and even though Dr. Williams told me on the phone that "maintenance treatments" (beyond the standard 12) were included if needed; when I tried to schedule them he always said that it wasn't a good time (been trying for 2 years). Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. You really feel like they care about what they are doing. Issues are definitely getting better with time. I would recommend this place all day long over the competition.
Friendly ,Verry professional and effective
I'm about half-way through the sessions and am seeing some improvement already. I'm confident I'll have positive results. Pele is great to work with and really helps to make things less awkward.
