Upgraded to 2 stars because they stopped pursuing collections efforts on my aunt for a device she returned.
I have had a Pulse Alert pendant for 4 years and in May I will have fulfilled the "obligations" of my 4 year contract. In that time, the pendant itself has caused far more FALSE ALARMS than I have had actual emergencies. The magnet would let loose and without my knowing, would land with a THUD on the floor, alerting the dispatchers to call . For the first six months it was great and I felt very secure. Then it started to constantly quit working. It got to be that is was 6 months out. So they send mea nèw one. Still having problems.in a 2 and a 1/2 week period i had to call an ambulance 3 times and Icouldn't use my Pulse. Broke my heart. In 3 years I haven't used it once. They wanted $500 in full to quit my contract. Im a broke senior and have a hard enough time paying the monthly $49.95. Since 2024 i obtained the watch and altogether I've had a little of adjusting for it not being too sensitive, I have enjoyed kind, caring knowledgeable service and I love all of it. I'd highly recommend Pulse Medicle for anyone who has had issues regarding falling. I feel protected and safe. Sincerely Sue Johnston March 24, 2026.
