The first Pulse Alert I got . I had lots of trouble with it. They sent me another one. I’m not overly happy with it.. I had the second one close to a year. There is still things I dislike aboutn the Pulse Alert. They are often late in telling me to take my. PILLS. THEY OFTEN DONT HEAR WHEN I ANSWER THEM . THEY INTERRUPT ME WHEN IM BUSY WITH OTHER PEOPLE. I TRY RETURNING IT ONE TIME .THET SAID I HAD A TWO YEAR CONTRACT. Some times are late to in telling me to take my pills.
Oh Boy! Kristalyn is absolutely amazing. She called me, explained everything and was so awesome! I actually feel like I can get some of my independence back. Can't wait to receive my smart watch. Thank you Kristalyn.
