I have tried 2 of their watchs. #1 alarm went off too easily, when I was sitting or cleaning. They sent a second watch. This 1 had the falling feature shut off and needs charging every day as the battery doesn't hold a charge long. They put me on a four years payment plan without my knowledge. They won't let me out of it.
If this isn't a scam, it should be considered one. Another company targeting seniors it seems. For something geared to seniors they offer the worst service and support. My mother purchased a pendant, never had it work, their support has been no help at all. Has paid over $100 per month subscription for a product that she cannot get working. She has offered to return the product but she now needs to pay out over $1000 for a non-working product she has already paid for monthly for more than a year to buy out the contract.
The salesman who contacted me was very personable and friendly. I was offered a 2 month free trial (I thought), and if you wanted to continue using it, they would charge you for monthly monitoring fees. I tried wearing the device for 2 or 3 days, as a necklace and I couldn't get used to it. I decided not to continue with the service and cancelled it, during my "free trial." My 84 year old tenant who lives on a fixed income has been taken advantage of. Be ware of this company & their practices. She was sent the contract while on the phone with a representative & was encouraged to sign the contract right then & there while speaking with him on August 18th. She was not given any time to read anything over and nothing was mentioned about a 48 month contract.
