i was told it was for 6 months (then it could be cancelled)that was a lie THE WATCH DID NOT WORK WELL FOR MY HUSBAND & HE STOPPED WEARING IT, C.S.R. WAS RUDE & GAVE MISINFORMATION
So I saw the founder of the company on tv and was impressed by the story of why he founded the company and the compassion with which he spoke. Unfortunately that "compassion" does not trickle down through the company. I am really happy to have the Pulse Alert wrist watch. It has been my companion since I received it. I wear it twenty four seven. It reminds me when to take my medications and comes back and just chat with me in between . I appreciate that it has become my companion. I look forward each morning to hearing from her. Thanks to the Pulse Alert team!
They are very helpful and extremely nice and alert to any situation
Pulse medical is a very outstanding program to be with. The staff is wonderful and they are always ready to help if needed. Definitely worth while to be with.
