I call the office to reschedule I was on hold and they get no one to reschedule.
My husband and I feel so blessed and happy to have encountered Dr. Abrantes and her entire team at Pulse Medical. They are all very professional and friendly. From the moment you walk in the office the ladies at the front desk are all so warm and inviting. All of the Medical and nursing personnel are very helpful, answering any questions we've ever had. Dr. Abrantes is the absolute best doctor in the area. I have tried so many different doctors in the past 11 years since we moved here, and she is hands down the best. She is not only professional and kind, as are all the staff at Pulse MD, but she cares about me personally. When I go for appointments she greets me like I am her friend, a caring friend, that listens carefully to what I have to say, and any concerns I have. She gives a thorough exam, unlike other doctors that don’t even touch you! She is a keeper!
Dr. Abantes and her team sincerely cares about me, the patient. Since moving to Florida 5 years ago I have been to 3 different doctors and can honestly say 3rd time was a charm for me. I feel like I am part of the "family" and whatever is ailing me, my health concerns, are actually being heard and addressed in the best way possible. When my previous doctor passed away right before I was due to go in for my appointment, I asked a friend if she knew of a good female doctor. With that I was given Dr. Clarissa Abrantes name (Pulse MD) and phone number. When I called and explained that I needed to find and see a new doctor as soon as possible, I was given an appointment date and my prescriptions, that were due to expire, were renewed then and there.
