Worse company to deliver the items you pay for I was suppose to have new appliances delivered yesterday on 23jan2025 and there drivers refuse to get a visitor pass to come tlon a military installation and deliver it to my house then when you call the dispatch office in La Vergne, TN they don't even to try tell you what you want to her they tell you they don't know when it will be delivered..... I bought a refrigerator from BestBuy and Pulse Logistics, LLC handled the delivery and installation. Matthews ("Matt") and his team were excellent. Matt called with an ETA of 20 minutes before the delivery window and arrived on time. We did not have to wait all day. He and his team removed the old fridge, set up the new fridge and made sure everything worked. He explained some of the features and gave us some tips. They were professional, friendly and efficient.
