Best Limo service I've ever experience. Friendly staff, awesome owners. Our go to limo service for Bills games, weddings, concerts, wine tours, and big group party nights at Turning Stone. Book them with your eyes closed, you won't regret it. A+
This is the worse company I have ever booked. Customer service is beyond terrible. Spoke with a person by the name of Janet. Janet is very harassingly and argumentized. She has contacted me several times. Call to speak with management, was told he's not there. Same person by the name of Janet answer. 0 stars . Please do not book with this company
Some of the best customer service I have ever received! I owe it all to Jeannette, she was beyond helpful from start to finish. There were a view hiccups but she did not stop until everything was in place perfectly and I greatly appreciate it ! - Thank you again!
Jeannette was rude, inconsiderate. As a Manager I expected more professionalism from her. She failed to explain the details throughly to me when I asked direct questions for my reservations. Upon arrival for pick up for attending a wedding my guests and I noticed that The limo was dirty, seats were torn and covered with duct tape. The 1st driver was nice. The pick up driver "Barry" (brand new driver to us & different driver than the one that picked us up)never pulled up to greet me or my guests. He never knew the name of our... read more
