Felt I needed to leave a review given the only review showing was a 1* and it absolutely did not reflect my experience with this company. I ordered a replacement lid for my Lay-z-spa Hawaii as they have consistently been out of stock for months direct from the manufacturer. Ordered pool pump through onbuy, it was delivered 2 days early but to the wrong address, contacted Pulse Leisure, poor customer service no apology, assumption was it was my fault even though the system is “automated” and the delivery details are taken from the correct onbuy account, was told to go to address and collect parcel myself.
