Very disappointing experience at Pulse Diagnostic Centre, Borivali West today. We have been waiting here since 10:30 AM for my wife’s Carotid Doppler test, and shockingly the staff is unable to inform patients when their turn will come. There seems to be no system, no communication, and complete chaos in managing patients. What is most troubling is seeing elderly patients sitting here for hours without any clarity or guidance.
