Useless service. There is absolutely no proper way of talking to customers, and they didn’t even explain properly—just directly cut my call
Dont forget to carry a bag for reports. Receptionist dont give carry bag for sonography reports.
My experience at Pulse Laboratory for the anomaly scan was the worst ever. The staff was not helpful at all, and the doctors were extremely unprofessional and unsupportive. I felt very uncomfortable and stressed throughout the process. I would not recommend anyone to go there for important scans. Unprofessional behaviour & wasting time of patients is the hobby .
Useless center. The staff don't know which patient is going nor they know the name. The most unfortunate things I encountered was my patient was injected contrast and yet no sign or conset was not taken before the procedure. I feel pitty on the medical state that our country have. I don't how licences are issue.
