If you need to call the clinic, and MyChart isn't an option, choose option 5 on the voicemail. This will put you in the Dr to Dr queue. Someone WILL answer that number because they have to. I successfully canceled an appointment that way. The lady on the line didn't hassle me about it because, apparently, other clients have figured that out. Once again, do try MyChart first. Good luck!

I love Pulse. There is never a long wait. My Dr is kind and explains everything. The Nurse Practitioners are very good also. Office staff friendly and helpful!

Staff was super friendly and the Nurse that helped me was easy to get along with and very helpful. Making a stressful appointment a lot less stressful.

Took 3 months to get scheduled on a referral by Madagan doctor fir an EKG. Took a day off work to go only to fund out the appointment was 3 days later. No calls, no letters, no text for 7 weeks. Really, that is hiw they take care of us Vets? I'll probably die before getting any care from Tricare, the Va or medicare!

I can’t express how horrible and unprofessional this office starts from calling or coming in just no customer service. Very disappointed and I well definitely never come to this office!!!
