I was referred on Friday, August 7, and received a text to call the number to schedule. The message states due to staffing shortages, they cannot answer the phone and to leave a message and someone will call back within 23-72 business hours. It has been over a week and I still haven't heard back. I've left 3 voicemails. There is no other way to book and appointment as their website doesn't offer the option. This place doesn't seem to care about patients concerned about their heart issues.
Scheduling was a breeze, they got in me in bright, early, and quick. The monitor department was great and friendly, Aubrey got me checked in instantly, and with a smile on her face. She even helped me change my emergency contact! I sat down, and was instantly greeted by Marvin, a friendly monitor tech who was detailed in explaining all the ins and outs of the device I would be wearing. Installation was quick and painless, and the hi-tech monitor is Bluetooth, waterproof, and sauna proof! What a dream. 10/10 experience coming... read more
