I have been a patient here for several years. Dr Shams is my cardiologist. I have been thru everything you can imagine and have been dealt with in a caring and professional manner. They are compassionate people who work very hard. I have 5 cardio stents and have been thru open heart triple bypass surgery. I have trusted them with my life and will continue to do so.

I scheduled a treadmill test and had to wait a month to get into Auburn. I showed up to my appointment early and they said they can’t see me today and I need to reschedule and will be a month if I want this location. Mind you this was an urgent referral from my primary care doctor to see a cardiologist so this is super frustrating. Their excuse was that when someone called me they said my phone was disconnected which it was not. I got no calls from them. These guys are the absolute worst. They missed AFIB on my EKG. Then they try to “BS” their way out of that. Then I had a CT angiogram and I’m still waiting two weeks later for my care provider to comment on the results. They never respond to your inquiries or questions and they definitely don’t return phone calls. If you have a serious health issue and are being treated by these folks, I feel very sorry for you. You may not be around for very long.

I called to make sure that my appointment was listed as scheduled. However there was NO response to numbers given for my connection. I decided to press #5 which says if you are a doctor calling press 5. Someone answered that line. With no apologies for my phone issue. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I let them know, and Nothing has been done. What's up with That?

Went through 3 visits, several tests, was told I would be approved for surgery. However, my surgeon can't seem to get Pulse to receive their fax for surgery clearance. My Dr has now given up. I called and they will only deal with faxes they don't get.
