Brian Zaro, PA, was the best person that I have ever worked with for my heart issue. He answered all of my questions, and did not try to push me into a procedure that I do not feel comfortable with. My doctors in AZ were just the opposite. I now feel confident going forward.
Felt like they just wanted to rush me through everything. Felt doctor wasn’t listening and had his mind made up before we got there. Could have just had a phone call over me driving 2 hrs to see them. Again didn’t listen and wanted to say other things even tho it showed they weee there with this one and previous devices. I wouldn’t recommend going to them. Worse than providence and that’s saying a lot
The tech in heart imaging is horrible at putting in an IV. Even after I told him about my veins. He pushed the needle so fast and popped my vein four times. Left it full of blood. He didn’t listen to me at all. I’m in my sixties I know how my veins are.
They refuse to see you even if you may be in danger. They don’t care. They will not consult a physician. The scheduling department will simply tell you to go pound sand. Look if you another alternative, please choose it. This is not the place to do business.
Front desk staff have horrible attitudes. They shouldn't be working in healthcare if they arent there to help.
