Trying to call and ask a simple question. The first person speaks another language and talks so fast we struggled through 5 minutes of language barrier. The line was transferred and then I got a voice mail. After already being on the phone for 5 minutes, the last thing I want to do is repeat myself in a msg. This was my second visit. My first being at least 6 months ago. I scheduled and my appointment was at 3:45. I was a little late, arriving inside at 3:49. I told the receptionist i was there for a 3:45. To which she said " you are late to your appointment". She then told me I was to arrive 20 minutes early to do some things. Noone at any point had told me arrive 20 minutes early. I even received a phone call early in the day from them and again noone said to arrive 20 minutes early. Dr. Ellie Mueller is fantastic. She is loved by her staff and it is obvious why. She is empathetic, intelligent, and shoots it straight. The front desk gals have been more than helpful, especially Susan who went out of her way to help me out. All the staff were professional and kind. These folks deserve high praise, thank you!
