Tried to call and get a estimate on cost of Pulse Heart Cardiac Rehabilitation, no luck. When to a session for one day and my insurance was billed $2,136 for the one day. Lucky I did not go to the 12 sessions recommended. On MyChart it showed only $712 as the cost. I was billed for two CPT 93798 Session, and CPT 93797 session for that one day. It is a very costly program for a exercise class with EKQ monitoring. I cancel after the first day, because staff were a little bossy and a little too personal with private information... read more
Professional and helpful staff that take very good care of their clients.
My doctor has failed to refill my beta blocker and called twice now to get an appointment or refill and they won't return my calls and correct the problem. I will run out of my pills in a couple days and my heart will start to over beat and when I call them and talk to her nurse line they don't even see that I'm supposed to have this medication and don't even know what medicine what doctor I saw. Its terrible record keeping and support. I'm going to have to go there in person and sit in the office to demand my beta blocker. ... read more
Not a good place for a younger patent. In three visits I had enough 1.The RN there during the intake said I reminded her of her son in law " He's a Redneck". 2. The staff took issue with my veteran status asked me a number of inappropriate questions that had nothing to do with Cardiac rehab. The final straw was when one of the staff looked at my hart monitor and yelled "OH MY" and then made a big deal out of what could been said quietly and not in front of strangers. This is a great place very friendly staff. Very clean place. Would recommend to use this place. You will feel safe.
