Great from the start. I was called the same day my Dr placed the referral and I had an appointment scheduled for the next week. When I arrived the staff was friendly and kind. Cindy greated me with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Valerie's room was comfortable and inviting. She was respectful and caring Wonderful team. I will make my future appointments at the Gig Harbor location.

Dr Patel answered all my questions. He is very thorough. I felt very comfortable speaking with him.

After getting testing done, this place drug their feet for OVER A MONTH to analyze and interpret my test results and share with my doctors office. That’s a LONG time to hear back if something is wrong with your heart… My doctors office called multiple times after we heard nothing after 3 weeks, and apparently they couldn’t even get their phone calls returned by anyone at the Pulse office.. Whoever manages this place should be fired.. that’s honestly embarrassing to have your processes so poorly managed.

I felt like I was disturbing the receptionist who acted genuinely irritated that I was interrupting the program/game/movie she was playing on her own phone by checking in. Super unfriendly.

SO unprofessional. The scheduling lady should be fired. She seemed legitimately happy that my insurance "denied" the procedure and this is after I had to call this place regularly for weeks to even get them to process my referral in the first place. All they care about is money first and service second.
