I recently went in and everyone was very cordial and on time! The ladies at reception and the semi retired Dr. were all very nice! I like to joke around and they did too! A Karen may not appreciate them but I sure did!
Chelsea, Jana, and Jordan did an excellent job of fitting my husband in for an appointment for an echocardiogram. They went over and beyond and managed to put him into a slot they had a cancellation in. He would have had to cancel his surgery appointment if he couldn't get the procedure done. Kudos ladies! Your customer service is outstanding.
I haven't been happy with my care here since day one. I went to the ER a few weeks ago. When I was released I was told to make an appointment at the quick clinic to be seen within 72 hrs, and that would be better than waiting for a cardiologist that night. I called to schedule the next day even tho I was told at the hospital they call you ( I waited most of the day for a call). The receptionist was rude and told me that's not how it works.
