After a brief time away from doing any physical activity, I decided to get back into action. Joining Pulse Metabolic Womens Gym in Martinez was the best decision. Not only have I lost weight and inches I’ve gained my strength and confidence Back. They take you back to the basics, to ensure each exercise you do is done correctly. What I find so much fun is our coach ( Monica) does every work out with you. The nutritional guidelines given have helped tremendously and has taught me a new way of eating. While Greg is a great trainer, PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING THE MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT! HE TELLS YOU WILL COMMIT TO A YEAR BUT AFTER THE YEAR IT STILL BILLS ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS AND YOU HAVE TO SEND A WHOLE OTHER COMPANY A 45 DAY WRITTEN LETTER TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT!!!! Intentionally very misleading especially because they don't tell you that when you sign up for membership with them. Also the contract allows them to sign you up for another membership that is $39 a month in conjunction with the $60. I didn't mind payi... read more
