While Greg is a great trainer, PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING THE MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT! HE TELLS YOU WILL COMMIT TO A YEAR BUT AFTER THE YEAR IT STILL BILLS ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS AND YOU HAVE TO SEND A WHOLE OTHER COMPANY A 45 DAY WRITTEN LETTER TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT!!!! Intentionally very misleading especially because they don't tell you that when you sign up for membership with them.
