I would not recommend this gym based on my experience. When I signed up, I was clearly told I could cancel after 4 months with no consequences. I followed that process back in November and have been trying ever since to get my membership canceled. Instead of resolving it, I’ve been given the runaround—being told to email one person, then text another, then wait for someone else. There is no clear accountability or follow-through. After a brief time away from doing any physical activity, I decided to get back into action. Joining Pulse Metabolic Womens Gym in Martinez was the best decision. Not only have I lost weight and inches I’ve gained my strength and confidence Back. They take you back to the basics, to ensure each exercise you do is done correctly.
