I have been going here for a little over 3 months now and I love it. I really like that it is 24 hours so that I can go at whatever time works for my busy schedule!

Always clean, never crowded, and up to date/well kept machines. Great overall workout experience.
Attended the upper body workout classes! I had a recent shoulder replacement, Sarah modified my workout to accommodate my capabilities. The group of women I was with were amazing and made me feel comfortable ! Will go again and maybe try the lower body workout too!
The gym has a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Sarah helped with specific training to help my legs and lower back. Very low impact on my back and helped me strengthen my muscles.
