I joined Pulse about a year ago. . . and I am not sure why it has taken so long for me to write a review. I LOVE IT. Pulse is what I need after work, my personal training sessions make a Monday worthwhile, and the space is great! The staff is wonderful, helpful, and smart. Dave is an EXCELLENT trainer and provides me with great information and support.
