Go see Sherri, y'all! She is on the cutting edge of principles for muscle-building with her methodology. As a physical therapist, I appreciate and understand what she is accomplishing with her clients, and she is very reputable in the community.

Pulse Fitness SSI is fabulous! Been with them from the beginning. Best workout for the busy person, or anyone who doesn't like spending hours in the gym. Good times with great friends. Sign up with friends or family to work out with a buddy. Highly recommend this as a must do!
