I hate working out but love this place! Very welcoming environment for a novice like myself. Being a full time working mom, it’s hard to find cardio classes to meet my already demanding schedule but Pulse has many classes throughout the week with varying start times.
Awsome fitness center, great variety of classes & all the instructors are amazing. Very friendly students too.
