I have had Pulse for over a year and a half and have enjoyed the service, customer service is top notch and I never have felt once that I regretted going with Pulse Fiber.
Horrible experience and do not recommend! Our equipment was installed on Thursday and never worked properly, with internet dropping constantly. We made numerous calls to Pulse beginning Friday morning and the technician saw it happen while we were on the phone. We were promised someone would come out that day to fix the issues but nobody came, so I ended up making several more calls and speaking to a supervisor who promised someone would come out Friday.
