Dr Hladio is an excellent doctor. Very kind and stays on top of my medical issues.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Louise Shaw and her team. Both myself and my family are grateful for the level of care we've received. Dr. Shaw is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really understand my needs. Her communication is excellent, and she makes sure to address all concerns thoroughly. Their system needs to improve, better communication and transparency. Dr English and Dr Shaw are amazing doctors, they take the time to sit and speak with you. The problem with the clinic is their booking system, their receptionists, or whoever handle the physicians' orders. We called multiple times to follow up on the status of a referral that Dr Shaw and my husband had discussed. It always takes days for me to talk to anyone in reception. I got a phone call today and no idea why, missed the initial call because I was busy at work, called back half an hour later and the reception team was away for 2 hours on lunch. When I was finally free at 430 they had stopped taking calls for today. I've had this problem multiple times.
