Dr Shaw is very unprofessional. She removed me from her patients because I missed an appointment. Not to mention the receptionists are rude and they stop answering phones at 3. Just go to a walk-in-clinic.
Place sucks, it’s clear they don’t really care for their patients. Booking an appointment is nearly impossible because you can only call within a very short time frame and there is no way to reach your doctor directly by phone call. On top of that my concerns are never taken seriously and I’m often left with no treatment at all.
