Dr. Shawn is an exceptional physician, provides outstanding service and expertise, she listens attentively, care about your complaints and worries, get back to you with results pretty quickly. I am very lucky to have her. But, the reception staff can be quite harsh and impatient. Their rude attitude often overshadows the positive experience with the doctor.
