Pulse Exterior was recommended by the group who did a great job on my roof, to replace my gutters. Derek came out to do an inspection and pointed out a lot of issues with my gutters and other exterior issues. He was very thorough but also patient with me. My slider was crooked and wouldn’t shut- totally messed up. Derrick came out to give me a quote on replacing it, looked at it, and said nope I can just fix this. And he did! Right on the spot and didn’t charge me. Then he explained why it broke and adjusted the height so it wouldn’t happen again AND showed me how to adjust it myself if there was ever a problem. Saved me literal thousands on a replacement by being honest and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
Derrick, Luke, and their team were tremendous to work with. They clearly explained the work they were going to do, provided options, and there was no pressure to commit. When we were ready, they were prompt, responsive, and on time. The crew was respectful of our property, and everything was explained and coordinated in a timely manner. The prices were reasonable, but the exceptional service and work will definitely make us want to connect with Pulse for future projects.
These folks are the best. I noticed an issue with a section of my new downspouts that Pulse installed a year ago; they came out and fixed the problem promptly. Excellent service and follow through.
Derrick is the man. Had an exterior project and Derrick was able to offer his expertise and recommendations at a very reasonable price. Derrick is honest and will only offer you what is needed to accomplish your goal, unlike other contractors I have spoken to that will upsell you. Derrick also loves to do things the CORRECT way, avoiding shortcuts and avoid giving you headaches down the road when problems arise due to poor workmanship that I have seen with so many other companies. Highly recommend.
