When I booked with Pulse, I was searching for a DJ I could trust with my specific needs for my wedding. Music is so important to me, so I had my own curated playlist I wanted used and pretty much just that. One star because 0 was not an option. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this photo booth vendor at a wedding at the Grand Marquis on Sunday, November 23rd. With over 150 guests in attendance, professionalism and courtesy were not optional — yet both were completely absent. The photo booth vendor and the MC's attitude was shockingly disrespectful, dismissive, and lacked even the most basic level of customer service. It was the best night ever!! Sergio was professional, communicative, and knew how to party. Music was 10/10 and everyone said how much they enjoyed it!
Sergio was amazing! Quick to respond to emails and his team was awesome super fun and kept the party going!
Great DJ and MC! Always checking in with us making sure we were feeling comfortable with the timeline and the plan! The dance floor was packed! Would highly recommend.
