We used Pulse Entertainment for an event. Their staff arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. While we did encounter an issue, Russ, the owner, was very quick to respond and personally made sure everything was taken care of and ended well. This is where a company truly shines—how it steps up to ensure customer satisfaction. I can’t recommend Pulse Entertainment highly enough.
Cole was the DJ at my best friend's wedding, and he did an excellent job with the music selection for the couple. However, my experience with him and his assistant, Bryce, was incredibly unprofessional. My friends and I made a simple song request for a guest who was enjoying the dance floor. We’re so glad we chose Pulse Entertainment for our wedding. Chad, our DJ, is highly professional. It was a true pleasure working with him. Our guests had a fantastic time, and even with a last-minute change to our first dance song, everything was handled seamlessly!
I am so thrilled that I found Pulse!! I booked this for a 30th birthday party and it was a huge hit!! Not only was it so much fun, Ross made the booking process so easy and he was very helpful and available when needed! I did a lot of searching to find the best entertainment company for my daughter's Quinceanera so let me save you time and effort. Pulse entertainment is absolutely the best, exceeded all expectations!! Antonio and Cole were absolutely the best MC/DJ combination on the planet!!
