I have been seeing Penny since before Pulse, and she is fantastic! Her work is excellent, and she is so knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about what she does. I recommend her to everyone for permanent hair removal. She is the best!
Update: Wanted to provide an update! It has been about a year of me going to see Penny and I would recommended this to anyone. Penny has been wonderful, over this year we started my journey going every 3 weeks, I started with just my upper lip about 2 months in I was so impressed that I ended up getting laser for my underarms, legs, and bekini. I just started going to Pulse for electrolysis and I couldn’t be happier! Penny is amazing! She’s so kind and personable, and took her time to explain the whole process and what I should expect. The office is clean, comfortable and professional. If I could give ten stars I would! I highly recommend going to Pulse!!
