I have been seeing Penny since before Pulse, and she is fantastic! Her work is excellent, and she is so knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about what she does. I recommend her to everyone for permanent hair removal. She is the best!

Update: Wanted to provide an update! It has been about a year of me going to see Penny and I would recommended this to anyone. Penny has been wonderful, over this year we started my journey going every 3 weeks, I started with just my upper lip about 2 months in I was so impressed that I ended up getting laser for my underarms, legs, and bekini. Penny is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about her practice and work. She is professional, kind, gentle and quickly made me feel comfortable. Everything is extremely clean and prices are absolutely reasonable and fair. am glad I found her and have been referring all my friends!

I just started going to Pulse for electrolysis and I couldn’t be happier! Penny is amazing! She’s so kind and personable, and took her time to explain the whole process and what I should expect. The office is clean, comfortable and professional. If I could give ten stars I would! I highly recommend going to Pulse!!
