I recently engaged Pulse Electrical and was left very disappointed with the experience. The quote I accepted did not align with the final invoice I received, and when I raised this, the response from the company was dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect that when a company provides a quote, they deliver the work for that amount unless variations are communicated and agreed upon prior to completion.
