I've been going to Pulse since it opened! I love the fun atmosphere and positive energy! The instructors are top notch. They show modifications which is great when you're just starting out! It's a non judgemental environment, so if you can't quite do everything (all the jumping jacks for instance) it's not uncomfortable for those who are just getting back into working out and are maybe a bit self conscious! Everyone is nice and accepting of all levels of dance experience!
Absolutely love Pulse! I tried the 30 day trial deal they had in May and I’m absolutely hooked! It is so fun to dance again as an adult and also have a variety of other classes to sprinkle in and all of the instructors are awesome!

First ever class was AWESOME! Such a great option fusing dance and high energy movements together. Went with a girlfriend of mine and had a blast!
