I’ve finally found somewhere that fitness doesn’t feel like a chore for me! I’m excited to go everyday, as opposed to dreading going to the gym. There are a good variety of classes, times to fit your schedule, and instructors so you’re bound to find someone who matches your vibe. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and warm, very much a little community of people lifting each other up.
I don’t like to “work out” but I love to dance. Pulse is the exercise equivalent of sneaking vegetables into food for kids. Thanks for helping this non-exerciser get a little healthier. It’s fun for all ages and abilities. The staff and teachers are welcoming, and after decades of thinking work outs weren’t my thing, I’ve found the right place for me!!
I've been attending Pulse for a little over a year. This is my happy space. My "I've had a bad day, but I need to go here and it's not so bad anymore" space. Every instructor is kind, non judgemental, and happy to show you adaptions and modifications or just cheer on your "accidental solo moves" when you're vibing a little too hard and make a "wrong move" Let me be the first to tell you- There are no wrong moves because you're moving your body. Molly is such a fun instructor! Just took a pulse groove class and absolutely loved it! 10/10 would recommend. I love this studio!
Pulse is the BEST! I've been an unlimited member since they first opened and go 3-5 times every week. The instructors are fantastic and each one brings their own flavor and spin. They all are incredible women, exuding positivity and energy. The most fun you'll have working out! Update!
