I’ve finally found somewhere that fitness doesn’t feel like a chore for me! I’m excited to go everyday, as opposed to dreading going to the gym. There are a good variety of classes, times to fit your schedule, and instructors so you’re bound to find someone who matches your vibe. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and warm, very much a little community of people lifting each other up.

I don’t like to “work out” but I love to dance. Pulse is the exercise equivalent of sneaking vegetables into food for kids. Thanks for helping this non-exerciser get a little healthier. It’s fun for all ages and abilities. The staff and teachers are welcoming, and after decades of thinking work outs weren’t my thing, I’ve found the right place for me!!
