I called this office to request medical records for our mutual patient. Dr. Anita Ramaiah was extremely rude, not only to me but also to my colleague who called earlier. My colleague had warned me about her rudeness based on their own experience. There is no justification for being rude when we are simply trying to obtain medical records for our mutual patient. I am truly blessed by being put in the care of Dr Thorpe. Dr Thorpe along with the staff at Pulse are skilled, knowledgeable, personable and remarkable people who now have my upmost trust and respect. My recent experience with Pulse Cardiovascular Institute, exceeded all expectations. I was diagnosed with venous thrombosis by my doctor after receiving ultrasound results late Friday afternoon and referred to a vascular surgeon. I called Pulse Cardiovascular Institute, and they understood my necessity for an appointment. Being a new patient, I was emailed all required paperwork, and scheduled the next day to meet with Dr. Ramaiah, on Saturday at surgical center. Getting surgery on a Saturday makes this 5 star on its own. Plus... Michelle listened to my request to have my surgery late morning! Very accommodating in follow up appointments too. Bottom line ... Clean, sterile environment!

My back Dr recognized my hip pain could be vascular and not back. He sent me to Dr Ramaiah. He confirmed it was vascular and after peripheral angioplasty I have been pain free for 6 months. Don’t have back or hip surgery until you have ruled out vascular possibilities.
