It took months to get an appointment with a cardiologist, however, Mr Chattergee was very good to deal with. Reception was up front regarding the fees payable on the day and were friendly and efficient.
Not very happy with Dr Daryl Ridley. As a pensioner I was charged $140 for a 15 minute visit (after a 20 minute wait), and told there was nothing wrong with me, front desk said I would get most back! WRONG! Only half refunded ($70) so, NOT HAPPY RIDDLES. Hope your Mercedes breaks down.
Warning for struggling Jobseekers. You will charged $240 upfront for your initial appointment, and if you need an echocardiogram, it will be $270. Medicare rebate is not the point, if you can get your GP to get you to a bulk bill facility, do that. My mother got heart treatment without paying out of pocket at a facility in Norlane. My one regret is not walking out the door as soon as I heard that figure. I will be working on transferring my echocardiogram elsewhere.

Staff were Very professional and kind throughout the process. Making an appointment was straight forward, didn't wait very long to be seen. Building and space is exceptional! Covid guidelines followed. Highly recommend.
