PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. The Nurse Practitioner told me she made a typo on my medication dosage! Seems like no one cares about patients at this place. I love people and I honestly hate leaving a bad review, but there was another incident, which leads me to leaving this review. ( in a nutshell : I called to make an appt as a new patient. Of all the doctors offices that i visit i would rate them at the top or near the top of my list. Nobody may pay attention to this but it is a big deal for me, THEY ANSWER THE PHONE, a real person! No endless prompts. All the staff are warm and friendly and never act like you are bothering them. Doctors are first class. Mostly I saw Dr Alesh, once he even called me on my cellphone after I had left my appointment to further discuss my case, how many doctors have you had that experience with. Hospital discharge cardiac followup - as per hospital it should have been shcheduled in 2 weeks. This clinic was the one who did procedures in hospital, knew the urgency. Still they gave us appointment after 3 months. On the day of appointment Doctor and Staff told us they will send out a refferal for Cardiac Rehab, its been a month they did not. This clinic needs serious improvement in how it handles patient care and follow-up — especially for cardiac patients. Our experience was frustrating and unacceptable given the importance of timely and coordinated care. The doctor clearly laid out four next steps: -Echo to be done the same day -Blood test referral -Cardiac rehab referral -Follow-up appointment to be scheduled Only one of these steps was even partially done. Late last year I was diagnosed by a Dr in Beverly Hills with Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. The Dr. did an echocardiogram, ecg cables, stress test and diagnosed me with LVDD. Today I had an appointment at Pulse Cardiology with Dr. Prabhdeep. First, the nurse took my blood pressure with my sweater on which did not seem correct cause the readings won't be accurate.
