Tried the Pilates Reformer for the first time & really enjoyed it. Pulse is a beautiful studio with lots of great fitness options
I was initially interested in Pulse Bar & Fitness because one of the instructors is a longtime client of mine, but after attending two cycling classes and one strength training class, I can honestly say I’ve absolutely loved every experience so far. Pulse is hands down the best workout studio I’ve ever been to! The energy is so empowering and uplifting from the moment you walk in. Every instructor goes above and beyond to motivate and support you, and the themed classes are always such a blast. No one does it better than Pulse!
Took my first spin class today, this place is beautiful and the instructors were extremely motivating! I will certainly be coming back
