I've been coming to Pulse for over two years and it's honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. Great coaches, a supportive community and I've never been stronger!
So glad I found Pulse - I highly recommend! It's such a welcoming place with great equipment, the best programming and a strong community of members. Really appreciate all of the coaching and encouragement from the trainers, esp Vinny. If you want to build strength, this is the place!
I started at the Pulse Barbell Club one year ago. I had open heart surgery two and one half years ago and started with the PT expert there (Dr. Alex). After I was done with my PT, he suggested that I start training there. Honestly, at first I was intimidated to do all these new and different exercises (different from what I used to do as a young man), but with each session, I gained confidence and am doing much better physically now. After training in commercial gyms since I was a teenager, I was looking for a change. Pulse Barbell Club exceeded my expectations. Outstanding coaching, great atmosphere, and awesome programming. The entire staff are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. Highly recommend!
