Pulse 712 is a great place to work out. I love the variety of classes and instructors. Plus, the hot room is a perk in the winter months.

This gym is spot on the best in northwest Iowa? Has two location and both have such great vibes, if u want a heck of a great ride class hit up Aubrey van Roekel class, if you want a great box class hit up Sarah Ranchau and if you want a great sculp or hot class hit up Sioux center you won’t go wrong love this place and it’s not just a workout place the friends you make and hold you accountable are awesome
