Definitely recommend! Great variety of class, great instructors, overall great experience! Love that the instructors push you through a tough workout 🌟
I love working out at Pulse! It’s challenged me physically, while being really fun! Kristin keeps adding new and fun classes. Slam has been my favorite, but I think Bounce and Burn is going to take its place! It’s awesome that we have a studio that offers this much in Rock Valley!
