This gym is spot on the best in northwest Iowa? Has two location and both have such great vibes, if u want a heck of a great ride class hit up Aubrey van Roekel class, if you want a great box class hit up Sarah Ranchau and if you want a great sculp or hot class hit up Sioux center you won’t go wrong love this place and it’s not just a workout place the friends you make and hold you accountable are awesome
I have loved going to Pulse! It’s an amazing atmosphere and the instructors are amazing! Not only do you feel better physically but with the right people you also feel better mentally!
I’ve been taking classes at Pulse712 since they opened in Sioux Center. I love all the energy the instructors bring to class! I’m excited to get up in the morning and get a workout in. And absolutely love the hot room. There’s nothing better than starting my day with a good sweat and great people!
