I love coming to this gym. The staffing is very friendly, knowledgeable and inspiring. I’ve been trained by 2 trainers and their workout left me beat. But after recovering, I had great results. Definitely a great place to start a body transformation and live a healthy life

Went in for a day pass to see if I wanted to make this my new gym and it definitely will be! Love that it is a private owned gym. That really gets you more in the zone. I went in for a leg day and it was a great experience. The staff is also very friendly & helpful. I recommend!

If you are looking for a safe, private, & friendly environment to work out in, this is the gym you need to be at! Friendly staff, and always clean. This gym will become your second home.
