Terrible attention, service and very bad attitude from Kathleen Kelley Ellis.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My mom was discharged from the hospital and the pulmonary doctor that she saw, Dr. Talib wanted to see her within a week. I left four messages before finally getting through to somebody on day six of her being out of the hospital. They told me that they can't get her in until the end of July. Over 2 months later. I guarantee she'll be back in the hospital before then without care, but the call center doesn't give a crap about their patients. They refused to let me speak to management or ... read more
Dr. Talib is extremely rude. I went in for my appointment this morning after a few years, and he was very short with me and kept cutting me off. He doesn't understand that some people can't afford co-pays or have trouble getting insurance (with other life financial problems going on) so it's difficult to do follow up appointments. I would definitely not recommend this doctor.
If i could give a zero star i would! Ive now been out of bipap supplies for almost a year and all i need is a fax,that was sent out, to be filled out and returned. I cannot get a returned call or much less a phone call answered by this office. This establishment definitely went down hill after dr Sayed passed. Definitely looking for a new Dr!!!
