Caring HCP and fantastic staff
Perfect experience from scheduling the appointment to communication leading up to the appointment. Once I arrived, the check-in process was simple and organized. The entire staff was great and Dr. Mahon is very good at interpersonal communication, listening and then outlining a strategy to move forward. Thanks!
Dr. Ball has taken care of me for numerous years and is always willing to help and point me in the right direction. I love the virtual visits when I can use them and don't have to go out during the winter months. Dr. Ball's staff are all wonderful and go out of their way to help any way they can.
