Dr . Ball is a wonderful doctor. He is patient and interested in getting you the best treatment possible . I've been going to him for years and I could not imagine using anyone but him in the future. He's the best.
Dr. Desai involved me in my treatment plans and gave me options which eased my anxiety. The office staff were very pleasant and helpful. I didn’t have to wait even though I was too early for my appointment.
I have been going to Dr. Ball since 2019. Him, and his staff has always been there for me. There is no doubt Dr. Ball is the best. He has the best bedside manner also. He is a doctor I truly trust in. I highly recommend him to anyone. His staff is so professional, and caring. I am so lucky 🍀 to have found such a wonderful group of people to care for me. 😊
Dr. Ball, before virtual and in-office visits, has reviewed all medications I have been prescribed. We review these. Dr. Ball is genuinely interested in how I am doing. Dr. Ball asked about my total hip replacement and my cataract surgeries three weeks prior. It is a pulmuniology appointment with follow-up on past health concerns (difficulty while using stairs) and unearthing anything new that impacts my health.
