HORRIBLE customer service at the counter. Not a huge fan of being called a liar by Kim. She then tried to bring in backup to bully me away and guess what NO THANK YOU!!! I have filed a complaint with patient services and will be requesting my medical records to go to a different clinic. Thank you for wasting my entire day driving back and forth as well as the $$ I hope you all sleep well for screwing over sick people.
