It was the most unprofessional experience possible. I was scheduled for outpatient surgery.. They got my last name spelled wrong , got my phone number wrong, so I couldn't fill out any paperwork in advance because the links wouldn't work. They got the bill wrong three times and told me all the previous people who called about the got it wrong and each one next one was the correct one. The provider, Dr.Warshoff has been my doctor for several years, I am surprised he has lasted this long. My insurance placed me with this gentleman but he is awfully rude. Please read all of the bad reviews against this place because it truly is a mess. I am a 67 year old COPD patient and they treat me as if I am just a paycheck. I am so disappointed with who Dr.W is now. Dr.Abu is fantastic and so are the ladies up front who helped me take my card on file. I never write reviews, but please save your time and money.
The receptionist there in the Front Desk (Juli) is an absolut dissaster. She should be fired
