This company is just plain horrible. Do NOT give them any business. They sent me an invoice without sending any supplies. I had a order for equipment since September 2024. I have called them like four times and emailed them twice, but still they cannot order me the equipment.
Worse supplier, very bad support, do not waste your time and energy with them go somewhere else, worse experience.
This isn't about any specific location, but the company as a whole. Worst customer service ever. Repeatedly over the course of three years. I finally have a chance to upgrade to a new machine and thankfully a new, supplier.
I hope that I can rate them zero. Very irresponsible and wasteful of your time. Will not recommend 100%. Made appointments twice and no shows both, wait on the phones for a total of 30 minutes without achieving anything. A terrible place to deal with.
