STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Just like every negative review on Google or Yelp, my experience is 100% true. The staff here clearly does not care about their customers once the sale of the expensive CPAP machine is completed and they have your money. I have not received any necessary supplies to operate the CPAP machine, despite making numerous calls over several months. Don't do business with them. They don't follow instructions at ordering time. They make billing mistakes. They're slow at returning phone calls. When they return calls they don't acknowledge their mistakes. For a $25 co-pay bill that I refused to pay because of the mistake they raised the bill by 60% for late fees and they probably are too incompetent to find the $25 check that I sent a week ago but shouldn't have.

I’ve been trying for two months to return equipment. No one is ever at the Santa Clara office to receive the equipment. I’ve called their main office, no one answers. I’ve called Ken on two occasions, repeatedly, and left voicemail. Never heard from him. I’ve called Nicole, same result. They surely keep billing me, I pay the bill. The next step will be not paying. Maybe they’ll finally call me back.

This company is just plain horrible. Do NOT give them any business. They sent me an invoice without sending any supplies. I had a order for equipment since September 2024. I have called them like four times and emailed them twice, but still they cannot order me the equipment.

Worse supplier, very bad support, do not waste your time and energy with them go somewhere else, worse experience.
