They are good at getting me my medical supplies pretty fast.
It seems to take a long time before I get supplies that were prescribed this time. Maybe it's the change in insurance. When I was first diagnosed with OSA and CPAP was prescribed I got the machine and supplies quickly. That was in 2017. When my machine started alerting me about a year ago that it should be replaced I contacted you, but it was months before I got a new machine and then it came without compatible tubing or a mask.
