Once you see a PA or technician, it's good. But I have ended my relationship with this practice because of the office staff. Rarely if ever does a human answer the phone and you are invited to text them. Their responses are curt and overall unfeeling about the patient's situation. Dr Marks dedicates a tremendous amount of time in helping and supporting his patients. My success in my health and profession is directly related to his works and attention to my issues. I owe him a debt of gratitude for such outstanding treatment and support.

If there was a zero, that’s what I would leave. These people are impossible to get a hold of their appointments are booked months out and they will not return a phone call.
