I was given a referral to this place by my primary doctor but unfortunately instead of getting a welcome and assistance to get an appointment I was told that this place doesn’t have any appointments available until January or February of 2027. Then to complete the conversation with me, the lady over the phone said to me that if I was sick, go to a hospital and not to them. Very disappointed and unprofessional place to offer care to patients with a pulmonary condition.
Excellent Dr. and Staff. Going on 7 years and I have received Excellent care.
My husband is a current patient of these people. Our insurance does not require referrals but he’s a current patient. He called them a week ago because his lungs filled with fluid. They refused to see him. They told him he needed a referral. He said, the doctor told me to call any time last January and the doc would see him. That was bullshit. My husband will never go back there. A bunch of office people, not the doctor, run this place. If you are concerned for your health or a relatives health, DO NOT START HERE!
