I absolutely love Dr Ahmed and Shelley and staff. They are kind and very sweet staff to me. They all go above and beyond and that means a lot to me. Just want to say thank you to all of you for being so kind and willing to help me through everything!
Couldn’t get checked in on time because I had to wait for girl to get off phone for 10 min and check me in spent over 30 minutes in waiting room , ended up walking out after almost 45 min wait , then was told I had no right to be upset, this is the only office that makes me wait 30 min or more on every visit , rude staff , not very friendly , no one smiles . Was seen quickly , all issues addressed and a plan of care set into motion. Test ordered to attempt to problem. Staff is polite . Over all good service.
