Update: My insurance company has been waiting for WEEKS for a pre-authorization from this place for my narcolepsy medication. This is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great place, friendly staff
The girls in this office are very friendly. They listen to all my complaints and have always went above and beyond to help me. The NP is highly intelligent and I personally would not recommend anyone else.

These people NEVER answer the phones. I have spent weeks trying to get them on a phone just to pay my bill. Then they send me letters about how it needs paid but you can’t get them on the phone to pay it. Need an appointment changed? GOOD LUCK. they won’t answer the phones for that either. I spend two weeks of calling 10+ times daily with no answer. My mother even went to the building to try to talk to them because I couldn’t get my prescription refilled and still didn’t talk to anyone. This is the worst doctors office I hav... read more
I waited 3 hours to see Dr. Westerman and spent about 5 minutes with me. He was in and out so fast I was stunned. I will be finding a new Pulmonary Dr.
