Had a appointment and office called and switched it , a month later go another appointment and mix up on voicemail I showed up on 7th 1 and was 5 th at 1 they didn’t care about the mix up saw me as a no show . Wouldn’t reschedule or anything just pushed me away .
Do not go to this facility for care. With chronic asthma and already fighting a chest cold i acquired covid. I called the office 4 times for paxlovid and no one responded. This same thing happened a year prior when sick and I got no response. Don't waste your time or money. Totally Unprofessional staff
My doctor send a referral over in February, finally got a call in June for an appointment for the first part of August. Then they called a few days before that appointment and had to reschedule for the end of August. A few days before that appointment they called to reschedule yet again, this time the next available was in October. My best friend had an appointment there the staff was very attentive to her and other patients that were there.
The doctors and nurse are wonderful and very friendly
