My doctor send a referral over in February, finally got a call in June for an appointment for the first part of August. Then they called a few days before that appointment and had to reschedule for the end of August. A few days before that appointment they called to reschedule yet again, this time the next available was in October. My best friend had an appointment there the staff was very attentive to her and other patients that were there.
The doctors and nurse are wonderful and very friendly
Staff is unfortunately quite unprofessional, save your time and go somewhere else, but if you looking to sit on hold for an hour for the bare minimum effort healthcare, this is the place for you !
Everyone at this office was helpful and kind! The many times I called for appointments or questions the ladies I talked to were friendly and patient with me. They always called me back when they said they would too. Dr. Bigdeli personally called me twice about blood work and biopsy results for my mother. She answered every question I had and explained things in laymen's terms. I would highly recommend them!!!
