Collaborating with Taylor was an exceptional experience. His sharp attention to detail allows him to catch even the smallest form corrections. Furthermore, his post-session breakdown is thorough and culminates in a comprehensive, customized workout plan through his own app.

So happy that I found PPI and very grateful for the PRI assessment and treatment. It was amazing to learn how systemic my pain was and now unraveling it and rebuilding my muscles and posture feels like it’s going to be the key to my pain. I already don’t have pain anymore and am excited to continue with PPI through life to make sure that my body doesn’t get dysfunctional again.

By the time I stepped onto the trail, I felt ready in a way I hadn't experienced before. Feet, knees, hips, back — everything held up. If you've got a ... read more
