I am an eighty-year old woman with worn-out shoulder joints. Working with Taylor over the course of a year has gotten me from no-movement-without-pain to almost 100% recovered. With his very simple, detailed, science-based, yet easy to follow instructions, I have recovered most of my strength and mobility . Taylor's work is the best I've ever experienced. I am so grateful to have found him.

Taylor’s knowledge of PRI, his extensive education, his own experience, and endless open curiosity, along with fluid application of many skill sets, is the best I have encountered as a professional dancer/mover with many injuries and practitioners in her lifetime. Taylor really knows his stuff when it comes to spine health and recovery. What stood out most was how clear and direct he was. He met me where I was, no judgment, explained everything, and built a realistic plan with simple movement and strength exercises. UPDATE: 1 month after my initial assessment. Following Taylor's advice and exercise regime my back feels noticeably better every day. When I do have a flare-up it subsides quickly.

I had an appointment with Taylor today, and it was hands down the most comprehensive and thoughtful PT session I’ve ever had. I’m over a year post–microdiscectomy and still dealing with flare-ups, and Taylor gave me a full McGill assessment along with an incredibly detailed breakdown of my injury, my movement patterns, and what might be contributing to my ongoing symptoms. He spent three full hours with me—actually listening, asking the right questions, and explaining everything in a way that made sense. It never felt rushed... read more
