I've had lower back pain for years. I've been to numerous doctors and physical therapists and been disappointed by them all. I spent three hours with Taylor yesterday and he completely heard me out, asked a lot of questions, helped me understand things that may be causing my pain, why it causes pain and how to correct it. Taylor really knows his stuff when it comes to spine health and recovery. What stood out most was how clear and direct he was. He met me where I was, no judgment, explained everything, and built a realistic plan with simple movement and strength exercises. UPDATE: 1 month after my initial assessment. Following Taylor's advice and exercise regime my back feels noticeably better every day. When I do have a flare-up it subsides quickly.
