Taylor really knows his stuff when it comes to spine health and recovery. What stood out most was how clear and direct he was. He met me where I was, no judgment, explained everything, and built a realistic plan with simple movement and strength exercises.

I’ve been working out / exercising for the better part of 10 years. In a single session, Taylor transformed my entire understanding of spine mechanics and overall joint health within the context of strength and building muscle. I will be returning frequently. Highly recommend!

Taylor is more than qualified to help you reach your health and fitness goals and is easily the best strength and fitness coach in Marin.

Taylor knows his stuff. He is super thorough, pays great attention to detail, and offers a service which is very much worth the investment if conventional PT doesn’t work for you. He goes above and beyond in treating the body like an entire interconnected system.
