I've been going here for a few years now and I appreciate the entire staff at Pulmonary Partners. Everyone has been so great to me and so accommodating. The responses to my problems are immediate. I couldn't ask for better physicians. Dr. Choplin has really gone above and beyond. And I just want to thank Susan Schilinski, Kaylee Simpson, and everyone else that has helped me.
I neatly feel the issues run with the person whom runs the practice. People at the front desk are doing their best. The physicians are wonderful but I seriously think it’s management issues.
I’ve been going here for almost a year and everyone I’ve interacted with has been extremely nice and helpful. I see Dr. Jain and he is probably the best doctor I’ve had. He is very patient and will answer all questions very thoroughly, in a way that makes it easy to understand. I’d recommend this office/Dr. Jain to anyone
If you can’t get an apt to see your own pulmonary specialist within a week or even a phone call back for an important health concern, to me, there is something very wrong with this firm and reflects bad communication.
