I would give this office less stars if possible. My elderly father has been going to this practice for years. His doctor left this practice, so we were given a new doctor. He had an appointment with the PA for prescription renewal. Upon arriving 5 minutes BEFORE appointment time, signing in and waiting more than 10 minutes PASSED appointment time, we were told we could not be seen because we were not 15 MINUTES early for our appointment time. This place is a revolving door of doctors. I had to switch primary care doctors for the third time in a year. I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago, they had three weeks to tell me I needed to call my insurance and switch primary care doctors (which I didn't have to do the last two times). They waited until the day before my appointment to do their job. I get that taken care of, but they then call me to tell me it hasn't changed. I canceled today and all future appointments. Do better. Was seeing dr Al awwa office staff is extremely rude no problem making patients wait was 1 min late canceled appointment testing done 3 weeks ago just posted to chart today had read reviews wouldn't of picked this place beware
