I called today to reschedule an appointment I had with one of the doctors. The person who answered the phone and stated that her name was Marilyn kept telling me what she “could not do” so I finally asked her to tell me instead what she “could do”. She put me on hold “so I could come down” (really?!), then got back on the line to reschedule me more than 2 months later. I will be looking elsewhere. I’ve left at least 5 messages for one not life threatening medical issue and 3 messages for a potential life threading issue. I’m done. They were good, or so I thought, when I first went there in August, not good now!
Never saw a doctor. 3 different PA’s in 4 years due to turnovers. Ok if you just have a cold but anything more serious requires going somewhere else. I ended up in the hospital due to poor/incompentent diagnosis from my PA that wouldn’t listen to my health issue. I would recommend you look elsewhere for primary care.
The online payment system refuses to recognize me. I've called three times to pay my bill via phone. I left a voice mail each time clearly stating I wish to pay my bill. No one will return my calls.
Great intake visit. No follow through called when I got Covid answering service reached out to on call doctor no one called back called the service at 11:00 told them no one called back the service said the person supposed to be on call was not. I called the next morning and they sent me a text to take and musinex I called back so I could get on Paxlovid. She said she didn’t offer it because their system showing my medication list was down.
