Went to Rotech today after being unable to get an order completed with the main company for more than 2 yrs. I spoke to Ginette who was pleasant and immediately helped me with my situation. She immediately corrected the problem, while giving me her undivided attention. I later met the new manager, who was also friendly. If you have a problem and need a solution, Ginette is the person to see. Thank you Ginette for your assistance.

Had appointment with the Respiratory therapist to pick up CPAP machine. He spent over 30 minutes going over the machine and different settings and different mask choices. He patiently answered all our questions. So far, an excellent experience with Rotech. Had been waiting for 3 months for a machine from Apria healthcare but was told repeatedly that due to supply issues, none were available. Rotech got the CPAP machine to us within a week.
