Had appointment with the Respiratory therapist to pick up CPAP machine. He spent over 30 minutes going over the machine and different settings and different mask choices. He patiently answered all our questions. So far, an excellent experience with Rotech. Had been waiting for 3 months for a machine from Apria healthcare but was told repeatedly that due to supply issues, none were available. Rotech got the CPAP machine to us within a week.

Its a real ordeal to get the equipment picked up, they lie up to their teeth, I am only 45 minutes away from their place, its always some nonsense reason or excuse or BS. horrible customer service if I could give a minus rating I would, do not use their service.
