My mom uses oxygen 24/7, and Rotech is the company that provides her portable oxygen tanks, POC, and generator. Whenever we have an issue with the oxygen equipment, they are always there to help, especially in emergencies. Jim is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. He is always helpful and takes the time to make sure everything is working properly. We highly recommend Rotech and their team 100%
Doctor keeps sending scripts they don't reply to emails directly aimed to resolve the problem and pretend like you done something wrong and also bill you for things you can't be billed for.
