The receptionist called my grandmother, claiming she dropped off paperwork a week ago, then proceeded to argue with my grandmother because she said she has never been to the office in her life! My grandmother had to go out in the rain and risk her hearing aids from getting wet and ruined all for the office to give her someone else’s paperwork. Not only are they disrespectful but they also broke a HIPPA violation showing my grandmother another person’s paperwork.

Front desk person was pretty rude, and not friendly at all, I was then put into a room where I was completely ignored, after an hour waiting with absolutely no communication with me, I walked out. I will not go back to his Vineland office, I will go to the Millville office. The staff there is professional and knows how to treat patients.

I been to this office several times but I had a terrible experience when I tried getting my prescription. It was a lot of back and forth with the office, my insurance and the doctor. I will say communication is very poor in this office and they don't convey information properly as they should. If I can switch office, I would really have loved to because my experience is terrible!
